Terms

Effective 19 October 2026

These terms

These terms are an agreement between RADEEF FOR DIGITAL SERVICES, a company in the Arab Republic of Egypt ("radeef", "we", "us"), and the clinic or organization that signs up for radeef ("the clinic"), together with each member of staff who uses it. You accept them by ticking the box when you sign up or join a clinic. If you accept for a clinic, you confirm you may bind it.

Our Privacy Policy at radeef.health/privacy is part of these terms.

What radeef is

radeef is software for a clinic’s appointments and rota: the schedule reception works from, the rota of doctors’ sessions, a public page for the clinic, booking by patients on the clinic’s own WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram accounts, and Support, an assistant for staff inside the app.

radeef is not a medical service. It gives no medical advice, holds appointments rather than medical records, and is not for emergencies.

Accounts

Give accurate details, keep your email address and phone number current, and keep your sign-in to yourself. The clinic decides who joins it and what each member of staff may do, and is responsible for what is done under its accounts. Tell us at once at support@radeef.health if you think an account has been misused.

WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram

The clinic connects its own WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page and Instagram account; they remain the clinic’s. The clinic must follow Meta’s terms and policies for them, including the WhatsApp Business policies, and must have its patients’ permission before radeef sends them messages. Any charges Meta makes for messages are between the clinic and Meta.

We are not responsible for Meta’s services, their availability or Meta’s decisions, such as rejecting a message template or restricting a number.

Patients’ data

The clinic controls its patients’ data, and we process it on the clinic’s behalf. We will:

  • use it only to provide radeef to the clinic and on the clinic’s instructions, unless the law requires otherwise;
  • make sure the people who handle it are bound to confidentiality, and keep it secure;
  • use only the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and tell the clinic before we add or replace one;
  • help the clinic answer patients who exercise their rights;
  • tell the clinic without undue delay if a breach affects its data;
  • when the clinic leaves radeef, delete its data or give it a copy, as the clinic asks, unless the law requires us to keep it.

The assistant and Support

radeef’s assistant reads what patients type to help them book, and Support answers staff and can carry out an action after a member of staff confirms it. Both can misunderstand. An appointment is made only within the clinic’s schedule and rules, and the clinic remains responsible for checking its appointments. Support answers a limited number of questions a day, shown in the app.

Price

radeef is free for now, within the limits of the clinic’s plan shown in the app, such as the number of staff seats. If we introduce charges, we will tell the clinic at least 30 days before, and nothing will be charged unless the clinic agrees.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use radeef unlawfully, or to send messages people have not agreed to receive;
  • enter information you have no right to enter;
  • try to reach data or accounts that are not yours, test or break radeef’s security, or overload it;
  • copy, resell or take apart radeef’s software;
  • pretend to be someone else.

What belongs to whom

radeef, its software and its name are ours. The clinic’s data and content are the clinic’s; the clinic allows us to use them only to provide radeef.

Availability and changes to radeef

We work to keep radeef available and correct, but it is provided as it is, and may sometimes be unavailable, for example for maintenance. We may change, add or remove features, and will tell clinics before removing one they rely on.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost income or a missed appointment, and our total liability to a clinic is limited to what the clinic paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending

The clinic may stop using radeef at any time by telling us at support@radeef.health. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or the law, or when the law requires it, and will tell the clinic first unless we cannot. When a clinic’s use ends, its account is suspended and its data handled as our Privacy Policy describes.

Changes to these terms

We will publish any change on this page with a new date, and tell clinics’ administrators by email at least 30 days before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use radeef after that means accepting the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo decide any dispute about them. They are published in Arabic and English; if the two differ, the Arabic text prevails.
